You are a entreprise comity or in charge of a shop : Contact us The Arnoult valley, which is situated in the Charente-Maritime region, between Saintes and Rochefort-sur-mer in the South West of France, is an old arm of the sea that extends for some 30 km and where sediments and organic matter accumulate.
This valley is famous for its market gardening and especially for the mojhette from Pont l'Abbé d'Arnoult, a fresh bean sometimes called "The Pont l'Abbé kidney" and which is enjoyed for its tosty quality. Quickly shelled, easly frozen and cooked, the mojhette from Pont l'Abbé is an old vegetable but suitable for today's consumers with busy lives (it's not too long to cook !), the mojhette is ideal for the health and it's a tasty addition to the dinner table of course !
