To provide 1 kilo of mojhettes of Pont l'Abbé d'Arnoult, to shell them. To dissolve a knob oh butter. To add an onion thin slice, two or three cloves of garlic, a carrot cut out of discs, a tomato cut into two. To add the mojhetes, a furnished bouquet. To make return a few minutes and cover in water. To let cook approximately one hour , salt pepper. Good appetite !
